If you do, I would add at least 2-3 disks from Season 1. It's a show that doesn't spoon feed the viewer everything. You are just plopped in the middle of everything without any proper explanation. So it takes about 3-4 episodes to start understanding what's going on and who the characters are and what they do. But once you learn everything, man, oh, man...it's hard to stop. So yes, I'd recommend to watch when you get the chance.

And if you haven't seen "Life" on Discovery...wow. Amazing.
Life on Discovery is crap. Watch the BBC version, much better.
Uh...the BBC version and the Discovery version are the exact same thing...the only difference is Oprah narrates the Discovery version and David Attenborough narrates the BBC version.

Not sure how they can be the exact same thing when BBC has no commercials and Discovery Channel does.
Maybe they use the same footage, yeah. And Attenborough is way better to listen to than Oprah, IMO.

It's the exact same footage. Now, whether or not they cut some things out for commercials, I have no idea.
I'm not a huge fan of Opera's narration...but I'm not really watching it to hear someone talk...I'm watching it for the visual awesomeness of it.
