Are you going to appraise their home instead of relying on the estimate of a professional appraisal. Because after all if you don't do the research yourself how do you actually know what the value of your parents house is?

Do you know that it's actually snow? I mean did you do PH tests and study the molecular structure of the flakey substance falling from the sky yourself? Or did you just trust the weather man like the rest of the sheep on this board?
