That is true, but media outlets all over the country had the same info and did not put it out because it was unverified. Ch 2 decided to grab the headline and the comments by their rep tell why...they wanted ratings and did not give two sh!ts about whether the report was true. The whole story with reaction from other media people is in today's PD.OS wrote:I don't think that Channel 2 is to blame.
