Finally...the new season has started!

Lost needs to be 2 hours every week.

Just when I thought this show was racing downhill with the retarded "move the island" ploy they throw time travel into the mix.. Fuckin lamesauce. I can't even imagine how lame this show will be by the time its' finale airs.

I've watched the show faithfully since season 1. Seen every episode many times. This show is a complete mess right now. It's not even that it's jumped the shark. It's engine has died and doesn't have enough pull to get Fonzie onto the ramp.

That premiere episode was just......off. I'll still watch the show until the end, but this is surely a case of a story arc being stretched about 2-3 seasons too far.

The guys in the jumpsuits that accosted Sawyer and Juliette were Dharma dudes...I'd bet $ on it. (Their jumpsuits looked just like the ones that Desmond and whatever-the-(Frank)-his-name-is were wearing.)

I'm calling it now...the 'hostiles' are gonna end up being the Oceanic peoples...just thrown back in time.

Dumb question. What is the fat guys name? Hugo is first, right? What is Hurley? When they say his full name on the news his last name is Reyes.

Hugo "Hurley" Reyes

Hurley is his nickname and Hugo is his proper name.

Pretty cool that Desmond and Penny named their kid Charlie.

And when it was revealed that a young Charles Widmore was on the island in the past and Locke turned to him and said, "you're name's Widmore? Charles Widmore?"...and then Locke smiled. I thought that was hilarious.

I'm guessing the bomb is burried on the island and the only way to keep it from blowing up is to enter the numbers every 108 minutes.

nah, that wouldn't explain the extreme magnetism that was exhibited as the time ticked too close to 0....

unless they engineered some magnetic way to contain the bomb.

When Richard visited Locke as a young boy, he asked him which item was already his. One of the items was the compass, so I guess that was the correct item.

Well, I think it would be easier for the dharma initiative to either move it off the island or remove the uranium rather than constructing an entire hatch just to keep a bomb from going off.

I have a couple new theories. The first seems pretty obvious, but I haven't heard anyone say it yet. Miles is the son of the Asian guy in the Dharma videos, the baby seen earlier this season. Remember when his nose started bleeding and he was asked if he had ever been there before? Then again, maybe the baby turns out to be Jin, after the way last week ended.
My new grand theory is the island is Atlantis. The lost advanced civilization that can't be found, but all ancient cultures write about. That could explain the drawings on the ancient temple and the giant statue foot with 4 toes. Maybe a Chariots of the Gods type thing.
