2002 IS300, 85K miles, $15K (will probably list it closer to $16K on craigslist and autotrader). Never have had a single problem wih this car. Leather seats are in good condition. Body is in good condition, one door ding that I might get taken care of before selling it. Brakes could probably use some work, but mechanically everything is perfect.

I bought it three years ago. I'm upgrading. Don't worry, I'll post my 'Look, I'm showing off my new car' thread tomorrow after the paperwork is signed.

84,500

No booster seat, only the March 2001 edition of the Yellow Pages.

I get about 21 MPG... not spectacular by any means, but it's good considering the performance of the car.

Damn...

I'm in the market for the same size car and wanted to keep it below 20k.

Hyundai Sonata currently leading the way, although I'd like to get 2 full months in in the new house before I pull the trigger on anything so I can get a feel of what the bills are going to be like.

You could always come test drive it and see how you like it ;)

The one thing I'll point out is that a 20,000 loan (6%, 60 months) has about a payment of $100 more per month than a 15K loan... and the fuel cost of this wouldn't exceed that $100 savings unless you drove about 2000 miles per month.

I'd probably be close. :)

I know they're nice cars to drive... I just need to be in the 25-30mpg range to feel good about my purchase and I'll most likely do a 36 month loan. (I'm a bit anal about debt.)

At any rate, I'm probably looking at an August/September timeframe and I'd assume you want this gone yesterday with the new one already there.
