I hate the Phillies!
What a shitty ass start to the series. I stopped watching EARLY.
Lohse vs. Eaton tomorrow
Boggs vs Myers Sunday

Good thing we took in two shows at the theater tonight instead of watching the Cards game.
We saw Indiana Jones at 7:10 and then The Hulk at 9:50.
Indiana Jones was decent...about what I expected. It was a lot like the others, over the top cheesy with over the top action scenes, with a bit weirder ending though. It was fun.
The Hulk absolutely kicks ass...go see it.
As for the Cardinal game... a 20-2 loss? Jesus Christ. Well...at least the Cubs lost. And our 20-2 loss counts the same as their 3-2 loss.

Wellemeyer shouldn't have been pitching tonight at all. He looked like an "injured" pitcher trying to pitch around his injury.

We really needed that performance from Lohse.

That was quite the garbage win at the end.. But you gotta take it.. Bigger though may be the well-being of Molina..

Oh it was, but the way the Phillies tied was garbage too.

Wow...
Losing the opener 20-2 and then coming back and winning the next two to win the series. That's huge. And they did it without Wainright or Pujols in the lineup.
The Cardinals are 9-0-1 in their last 10 series.
They just keep on winning.
