Is Mark Mulder pretty much done after leaving the game tonite with a left arm injury?

I've read reports that if doctors say he needs surgery again he will retire, so that may be what happens if they advise surgery.

At least this happened now instead of in August.
I'll like our pitching staff a LOT...in August. The hard part will be getting to August.

Mulder was an overrated bum before he even came to STL. No surprise, and I don't wish injury on anyone, but anyone who didn't see this coming from a mile away had their eyes closed.

Instead of shoulder surgery he needs a heart transplant.

How can the lefty with the most wins in the game from 2000-2005, and who led the AL in wins in 2001, be overrated? I personally wouldn't call him overrated. He was one of the best pitchers around for 5 years, but Billy Beane sold us out. He knew something was up.
