How have I never heard of this show????
http://www.hulu.com has every episode online from the first three seasons.
The show is flippin' hilarious!
I'm about halfway through season three and season four starts in September.

If you haven't seen the show, check it out on hulu.com.

And while I'm talking about it...hulu rocks. :okman:

Yes, where have you been? This show took the place of Arrested Dev. for me, not as brilliant, but still pretty freaking hilarious. I only saw the first half of season 3, and other fans of the show have told me it was the worst season. I saw a preview for Season 4, which looks pretty amazing. We shall see. My favorite scene:

"I will smash your face into a jelly!"

I dunno where I've been. I hadn't even heard of the show until a few months ago.
It might be my favorite comedy on tv right now.

New season starts in September on FX.

Lol, I have that as one of the alarms on my Blackberry.

I freaking LOVE this show and try desperately to convert anyone and everyone I know into fellow disciples. Another favorite line: "This music sounds like whales raping each other."

Also love the entire, "It doesn't un-bang your mom," scene as well.

90% of the people I know have never even heard of this show.. The other 10% keep telling me the show is going downhill.. I think the exact opposite. Each season has gotten better and edgier. Definitely my favorite comedy that's still running.

So first off, I still love the show.

But, I can see where the show did go downhill some this year. As I watched Season 4, I could tell something wasn't right with some of the episodes. As far as I know, Seasons 1 - 3 were completely written by the show's three main actors. This year, new writers were thrown into the mix and the actors took a step back from the writing responsibilities. Some episodes were still written by the actors, some were shared with the new writers and some weren't written by the actors at all.

And I found out about this writing change after watching the fourth season, so it wasn't as if my opinions of the season were tainted. It's still a good show, and I'm really hoping the actors get involved again in the majority of the writing. If that doesn't happen, or the new writers don't improve, I can see this show going downhill fast.

All I know is I laughed a lot harder for the 4th season than the previous ones. The one where they go door-to-door selling gas and Charlies tries to sound southern and accidentally threatens to rape a woman.. I about peed myself laughing.. And then at the end when he cuts the breaks and yells "Wiiiiiildcard biiitches!".. Well I DID pee myself.. Freaking classic.

I've watched this a few times and it was pretty damn funny. The home makeover episode where they kidnap the Mexican family was the most hilarious thing I've seen on TV in years.

I got the first 3 seasons for Christmas (as well as all 4 seasons of Mr. Show).. Even though you can access all the episodes on Hulu.. I like the show that much.

I'd be curious to go check out which episodes were written by whom, 'cause during some of them, I barely cracked a smile (the one about who pooped the bed), whereas others instantly became favorite episodes of all time (e.g. Dennis Reynolds: An Erotic Life--the stuff with Rob Thomas and Sinbad had me crying, I was laughing so hard--and The Gang Cracks the Liberty Bell.)

I thought "Who Pooped The Bed?" was alright at first, but it didn't hold up so well for a second viewing. And FWIW, Rob McElhenney (Mac) was the only cast member with a writing credit on that one.

I'm actually trying to think of an episode that disappointed me...... I got nothing.
