Bought a sixer of American Ale the other night.
It's decent. A little more aftertaste than I like, but it's ok. Tastes good with peanuts and a ballgame on tv.
I'll probably have it again...I'd like to try it on draft too.

I prefer wheat beers though...Blue Moon and Shock Top are what I usually buy, along with Bud Select.

I'd say that is a decent grade.
And FYI, Blue Moon was supposed to be a seasonal beer, but they got such a positive response from consumers, they started selling it year round.

goddamn, not shock top. i was at a party a few months ago and they had a keg of that stuff and it tasted like MEG's beaver after a day of chasing down drool cup homeless clients.

I regulary drink the following, in order from worst to best:

mexican beers. any of them really. sometimes i'm just in the mood for them. tecate, pacfico, modelo especial, sol, dos equis...whatever.

don't get me wrong, i'll buy shit beers too. shit, i'll buy a foster's oil can from time to time. I bought a 20 pack of amber bock for a party a few weeks ago. I just really dislike Blue Moon and Shock Top for some reason

I don't really like Blue Moon, personally. I didn't really care for it anyway, but then I started noticing all of the frat boys drinking it like mad...that further turned me off of the Blue Moon.

I hate to say it, but my beer tastes lie alongside Goon's. Also, the only brew that I can stand by Sam Adams is Octoberfest...I'm gaining at least 10 pounds this fall on that shit.

What is that stuff like? I see Schlafly has one too.

I bought some Schlafly Oatmeal Stout tonight. It's pretty damn good. I forgot to put it on the list.
