I think you should trade her in on a newer model that isn't all stretched out from having babies.
But seriously, that's no fun. I hope you guys can get it worked out and that the kids are OK.

What happened?
It's hard to offer any advice knowing so little about what happened. Considering she just had a baby 2 months ago, she probably needed a break. That's a hard time to be a parent.

Re: What my wife just did...
Hang in there. Being a parent is always challenging. You'll think you crossed a major hurdle when the baby starts sleeping through the night. Before long, you have to watch their every move to make sure they don't fall down the stairs or get into the toilet. It takes teamwork. The best advice I can offer is to be as helpful to your wife as possible and give her a break from time to time. When you're getting burnt out, and you will, let her know before it turns into a fight. Show as much appreciation for each other as possible. Kids pick up on everything you do, and it helps for them to be raised by parents who love and respect each other.illownyou wrote:So...

OK, that's it from me. From here on out, it's all jokes. What do you say to a woman with two black eyes? Nothing, you already told her twice.

Re: What my wife just did...
When we got married, my wife's co-workers gave her a laminated copy of this list, and we still have it stuck on our fridge. There are some good rules in here:
Ten Rules for a Happy Marriage
Dear Abby shared a list of Ten Rules for a Happy Marriage from a couple who reached their 50th anniversary and successfully made their marriage a promise for life. See how many of these are rules you live by:
1. Never both be angry at the same time.
2. Never yell at each other unless the house is on fire.
3. If one of you has to win an argument, let it be your mate.
4. If you must criticize, do it lovingly.
5. Never bring up mistakes of the past.
6. Neglect the whole world rather than each other.
7. Never go to sleep with an argument unsettled.
8. At least once every day say a kind or complimentary word to your life partner.
9. When you have done something wrong, admit it and ask for forgiveness.
10. Remember it takes two to make a quarrel.
