FYI for those want to go.
I want to go to this (I like both bands), but the last time Down was at Pops it was just way too crowded to enjoy the show. I hate to miss it, but I'm not putting up with it again.

It was definitely packed but I've seen it that packed many of times. I can't miss it, as it was just an amazing show. I hope Anselmo is clean still. I still get cheers when i listen to "learn from this mistake" remembering the atmosphere during the live version.
I don't know the Melvins.. Are they similar music?

This should be at The Pageant.

I just can't get into a show as much at the Pageant.. I think shows should be in old run down buildings like Pops or the old Creepy Crawl. The Pageant always had this corporate feel to it that just seems anti-rock to me.STL JA wrote:This should be at The Pageant.
