I had read a few years ago that Michael J. Fox wasn't the original choice for Marty McFly in Back to the Future...but they are releasing video footage of it now.
They filmed for five weeks with Eric Stoltz playing the role of Marty McFly.
Weird.

Back To the Future without Michael J. Fox is a movie not worth watching. His work alongside Christopher Lloyd was brilliant.

I hope they actually have filmed parts as bonus material. It will be interesting to see how he did.
