1) Cards win tonight in front of a bunch of disappointed Philly fans.
2) Going to a Halloween party on Saturday.
3) Blues whoop the Preds on Saturday night.
4) The Rams don't play on Sunday.

Nothing like being ahead of the game!
So, thanksgiving dinner in two weeks?
Ha...
Yeah, I didn't plan the party...just attending.
A neighbor down the road from us throws a HUGE Halloween party every year and he invites all of the neighbors, and I'm assuming his friends & family as well. He provides a TON of food, beer, a DJ, has hay rides and a balloon guy for the kids...and it's held out in his large pole barn that is all decorated for Halloween. He even has a few of those huge air filled Halloween things (huge pumpkin, a snow globe-like thing with bats flying around, etc). It's a pretty impressive party. I'm looking forward to my 2 year old's reaction this year. She's getting to be that age where it's fun to see her reaction to stuff like that.
The only drawback is that I'll have to DVR the Blues game to watch it on delay. I'll have my phone off and avoiding any Blues conversations at the party. Ugh...I hate having to do that...my wife thinks I'm crazy how I act if I hear someone talking about what happened in the game...running away with my hands over my ears and yelling, "LA LA LA LA LA LA!!!"

I know exactly what you mean.
Because some TV feed are different speeds and also because I'm sometimes 'behind' from re watching plays I always turn my phone off during Bears games.
I don't want someone calling or texting me something and blowing it.
