EKU beat Robert Morris (whoever he is) on Thursday, and now I'm watching NDSU whup up on Iowaaaaa Staaate (the cornses i believe)
Football playoffs lol, 1A can't even get a playoff to work right!
I did hear my school is intending to move up to 1A and build a new stadium, I kind of would rather stay 1AA

I was hoping Mizzou would win by more than 20 against an FCS school, but at least we started the season off with a large win.

Likewise for Illinois, who trailed Youngstown State in the 4th qtr before pulling out a 2 score win. Final was 28-17. Wes Lunt had 4 TD's which was nice.

I didn't realize you guys were losing. I saw 21-17 at one point and was shocked it was that close and then the 28-17 final. I had no idea it took a 4th quarter comeback to win that.
There are a number of teams with opening week rust it appears. Florida State didn't look good. Neither did Alabama. My cousin said that Auburn looked good, but I was surprised that they were tied at halftime with Arkansas. Maybe Arkansas is better than I expected this year.
South Carolina getting pounded at home has to be the biggest shock though.Texas A&M is gonna fly up the rankings this week. I could see those 2 school essentially flip-flopping, if South Carolina even remains ranked. When your only game of the season is a 24-point home loss, it's hard to justify being ranked even if you started as a top 10 team.

Yeah, we'll see. I'm not too worried about it. It seemed like the offense moved the ball and Wes Lunt had a solid debut (which I had mentioned), but just couldn't cash in any points early on. It's a relatively young team. Beckman has been preaching that these guys played a lot as freshmen/sophomores, so maybe it's taking just a little bit to get going. We shall see.
