Rams apparently pick up Cortland Finnegan for a reported 5 yr, $50 million deal. A bit expensive, but really the guaranteed money is the important number. I'm not sure what that is. But as long as we don't have Justin King sucking balls at corner, I'm cool with it.

I'm surprised we didn't make a bigger play at a WR, but 3 thoughts on it:
1. Some of them were re-upped by their current teams (Colston/Jackson) which depleted the market some.
2. Others had baggage. Vincent Jackson has character issues. Reggie Wayne is getting old. Brandon Lloyd doesn't seem to have given the Rams a shot.
3. I will now be shocked if Blackmon isn't our pick if he's still there. Rams are likely very high on him and think he will be there at 6.
4. (Bonus Thought) Rams aren't going to be rebuilt in a year. They might be eyeing a 2013 FA WR or think there are other needs that need fixing more imminently.

If Cleveland takes Richardson, he should still be there......but they are said to be quite high on Blackmon as well.
I could see the Rams trade back further and maybe look at picking Floyd.
