Avatar Display Problem?

This is a totally minor one, but I'm not being allowed to either upload an avatar from my computer, link to one offsite, or upload one from offsite. The one(s) I was thinking about using are all of proper size. When I try to upload it from my machine, I get this: Could not upload avatar to ./images/avatars/upload/e4f132afe8a6ac744ac802476bf448c1_37.jpg
..and when I try to utilize either offsite method, it says the URL is invalid, which isn't true.

(I split this topic from the other one, since it is a seperate issue than what Knob was asking about)
I was able to use all of the avatar display options without trouble.
Let me know if you are still having this issue.
Is anyone else having trouble with Avatars?

Never mind. Apparently, I am a moron who can't even realize that she hasn't taken off the [img] tags before pasting into the field directly from Photobucket.
