everytime I use my back button I get a 'warning' page expired.

I have not had that error, and nobody else has brought it to my attention.
Try clearing your browser cache and temp files and restarting your browser.

I've also had it, FWIW. Oh, and the "cannot refresh page without resending information..." thing if I hit F5.

I was also considering bitching about the warning about someone having posted while I was composing a post, but it's actually saved me from accidentally double-posting several times, so yay for it.
