He has Developed Zetterberg and Datsyuk into all around dominant players. Their defensive play has become Selke-calibur. More home grown talent like Filppulla and Hudler making big contributions. Brett Lebda is a player. Even Dan freakin Cleary is a player now!

At 44 yrs old Babcock is younger than Chelios. He recently stated that he would like to coach here at least another 10 years. The man is badass.

What's great is last night they got played, and they got played hard. Probably the most physical game of the season so far, yet they still came out with the W. This team is just incredible.
