Re: This is a suprise...
Which is the party that is fiscally irresponsible? Reagan, starts the ball rolling to destroy the economy--friend of business, enemy of the middle class, W, puts the nail in the coffin. Worst... economy... ever. The government hasn't gotten bigger as than under conservative "leaders" like Bush, or the nation more piss poor broke and destroyed as under "leaders" like Reagan and Bush.
Where's Bin Laden? Seems we've spent a whole lot of money over nothing.

While I don't agree with his assessment I think it says a lot that the national deficit TRIPLED under Reagan. Hard to argue that that's a good thing.SIU LAW wrote:Wow.glen a richter wrote:Reagan, starts the ball rolling to destroy the economy

People need to quit using the terms "deficit" "national debt" and "economy" interchangeably.
And your other point is just more empty rhetoric from you.
Where is bin Laden? I don't know. How many attacks on U.S. soil has he masterminded since 2001? That's the only important question. And since you're a liberal, I guess you think we should rehabilitate him if and when we catch him, right?
And calling this economy "ruined" is just a complete joke.

No, I think we should have captured and killed him 7 years ago, but he's still out there floating around. And all you want to do is praise the war against the people of Iraq, how you hate gay people and how you think the economy is strong.
I will never understand, for the life of me, (even after reading "What's the Matter with Kansas?" multiple times) how people who would benefit the most from Liberal ideas time and time again vote for conservatives who don't have their interests in mind and only work for the extremely wealthy. It's a major paradox of our times.

Hate gay people? Boy, you sure look for that everywhere, don't you? That liberal derangement I guess. You've never even met me yet you have me all spreadsheeted, don't you? Over what? Where's your evidence? You don't have any. You don't know how I view this message board or even rhetoric in general.
And let's see....you want everybody to be upper middle class? Who's going to employ all of those people at really high salaries, genius?

I don't want everyone to be upper middle class, I never said anything to that effect. I want the middle class to be treated fairly instead of everyone in Washington having orgasms over the wealthiest top 1% and kicking everyone else to the curb.
I'm glad you're so independently wealthy that the Republican party works for you and your interests. For the majority of America, they don't work for our interests. The sooner people, especially people in Middle America, see that, the better off we'll all be.

If you think that gay people are gay by choice and don't want them to share any privileges that married straight people share, then that shows intolerance and hatred for gay people. Wouldn't it be some karma if it turned out your kids were gay. Then you'd have to face up to reality and make a decision: turn your back on your kids or decide to respect the fact that they're human beings just like everyone else.
