How much are the Blues paying Strickland...

Post by SIU LAW »

...to warn of ticket price increases?

Strickland seems to go out of his way bring this up whenever he can lately.

It has gone beyond news/inside info, and now it's just spin.

I guess the Blues didn't want to use their "official PR team" to break the news, but they have Strickland out there trying to soften the blow and make fans understand.

Could this be anymore transparent?

Not just that, but why are we so desperate to trade Perron? Is he Murray's latest whipping boy?

Look at the crap propaganda that Strickland has written over the years. The Brewer being great articles are some of the biggest trash I have ever read.

It has been apparent he is getting paid by them for years.

Would you rather have no information? I know they guy can be a mouth piece at times for the team. But at least someone in out there giving us information.

As for the Brewer fluff articles, I'd be more inclined to point my finger at JR than Strickland.

Bad information, or made up information is worse than no information.

If he legitimately heard something from a reliable source...fine. But he assumes/guesses too much and passes along rumors based on crap.

I've talked to people "in the know" about this very issue...and they can't stand that about him.

Do people really care what Strickland has to say about anything?

Ticket prices will have to go up, it's common sense.

But compared to some of the other asshats out there, he seems to do a pretty solid job at times. I could do without half the shit he posts, but the other half at least keeps me entertained during the offseason.
