The ONLY thing that the court got right was one year of unsupervised probation. That's it. Everything else was insanely tailored to Kane.
Also keep in mind, I think the people in the courtroom were the only one's who actually fully KNOW what happened. None of the details have ever come out other than hazy ones. Whatever. The press ate it up and that hurt him too. It is what it is.
