Attached you'll find the St. Louis Blues 2009-2010 television schedule, which consists of a franchise record 79 games on television. FOX Sports Midwest will televise 74 games to the region, while Versus will carry five Blues games nationally.
FOX Sports Midwest's high definition schedule will be finalized in the coming days.
hmmm maybe I can get to the March 20th game v. the Devils. I'm epically pissed that the March 18th game v. the Rangers is open school night, so I not only can't go to it, but I also can't watch it.
Looks like unless atdhe worked out their shit with the league, I'll get to watch a whopping 5 games this season + the ones against the NY teams.
Is the game on Friday going to be on Center Ice? Because Wild Wings and everywhere else has Direct Tv, and I would like a chance to at least watch the game.
Versus' games won't be available on Centre Ice because Versus has exclusive rights to them. But, Versus and DirecTV should reach an agreement at least before all but the Blues' season opener. Both parties have little to gain by losing chances to earn income. Versus has more to lose. The NHL will try to find a legal way to declare their contract with Versus broken, if the dispute keeps them off the air in 14-15 million households. Then, they could make a new agreement with ESPN. Or, their pressure on Versus may make the latter give in and accept less in a compromise, and end the standoff. It should all be over in no more than a few weeks (and, with luck, before Friday). I think the 2nd Blues' game on Versus on Oct. 20th, should be safe.
