ISP blocking this and certain other sites?

I think I have a problem with my ISP (att uverse) blocking this website. When I try to log on, it get the "500 internal server error" message. I can, however, log on when I go to Starbucks and use their WiFi. So it must be a problem with my connection.

I've tried everything from restoring my computer to factory settings, to contacting ATT, and no one seems to know what the problem is. It's franking ridiculous. The stupid ATT representative had me go to "tools" and reconfigure certain options, when it has absolutely nothing to do with that, it's my INTERNET PROVIDER, because it doesn't work on ANY computer in my house, it's not a browser problem.

ain't been at my house in a minute, give you an update from the heart of SoCo in 2 days.
why would they block a low bandwitdh site as this?

Could be a DNS issue? I read about AT&T having DNS problems with a new site on another foram.
