Our trusty ol' captain Vadid Baseck. Big time player for us, haven't you heard?
So one could use Baseck in a sentence. For example, I'm gonna go all Baseck on your @ss!

So I'm stuck at a friend's house (non sports fans with no cable) and having to settle for an audio stream. I wonder if there's a good video stream that works on the iPad. I got the CBC app and it had a couple of the other games today but doesn't have this one. Great game so far, but I'd like to see at least the last period.

Not sure about iPad. I think this uses Flash.

Now that is (Franking) hockey. These pussies know who's boss now. :letsgoblues:

We need to (Franking) destroy them in Game 3. Marleau, Thornton... you (Franking) FOSSILS.

Crush those pussies.

Polak does a shark in and then the linesman pulls him off and almost makes him sprain his knee. Hope the knee is ok but man he beat the living crap out of whoever that douche was. Braun I guess. I'd put money on both him and Sobotka if they ever went into UFC.

Elliott has GOT to start game three. Steen, Amac, Osh, showed some heart out there. Russell was all over the place. Berglund came to play.

More of this in game 3, please.

Something happened after Jackman took out Halak. The Blues started playing differently, playing with the edge we saw them play this year.

Having to watch the CNBC broadcast which is the Sharks Comcast broadcast in reality. My only bitch was having to listen to Darryl F'in Reaugh bragging on Thornton and wondering where penalty calls were against the Blues when the same things were not being called against the Sharks. Funniest moment - Reuagh is bragging about how hard Joe Thornton works at getting back into the play and backchecking. Leads to a faceoff in the Blues end. The Thornton/Marleau line is still on the ice. Blues get the draw, Oshie gets up the ice and makes three Sharks look like goldfish setting up Backes for the goal. Guess which forward was completely dogging it for the Sharks - as in he was never in the play or even attempting to get into the play? Yep - Joe Thornton - whom Reuagh had just got done praising for his hard work on the backcheck.

Backes is in the running for the Selke as one of the best defensive forwards in the game. Joe Thornton is not. I hope the Sharks broadcast is not the only one I wind up seeing not being in the St Louis area. It's getting old hearing all this praise for a team which was getting their ass kicked and actually lost their composure while the Blues sealed the win and then beat the Sharks physically.

Told ya we'd be okay.

Absolute butt-kicking, both on the field of play and in the fights. We broke them tonight. There's a distinct possibility of finishing them off if we can win Game 3. Knocked them on their butt tonight.

San Jose is welcome to try and play this kind of game against us every night. They can't hang physically.
