haha, yeah, that would be awesome. I remember the last day of the season in 2011 when we were tied with the Braves for the WC, playing Houston. Putting up 5 in the top of the 1st made the game much less stressful.

The Sox were a better team over the 6 games. A shame to see the Birds go down the way they did, but at the end of it, they were 2 wins away from a World Series title. They've got a young core and guys signed up for awhile. You'd hope they aren't going anywhere. It was a great season. First division title in 4 years, and the end of a 3 year run that saw a WS title, a team that was a game away from the WS, and a team that took the WS to 6 games.

As for the guys who are probably done in St Lou, you look at guys like Westbrook. Mujica, Freese, among others. It will be a slightly different team next year but hopefully one stocked and ready to go again.

Disappointing end to a good season. Would have liked 2 more wins, but they didn't come. As pointed out, we are loaded with young talent. We'll be back soon, hopefully next year.
