One of my favorites was when that chick with the mic during timeouts said to a fan "Give us a lets go blues" and the fan said "lets trade Brewer!"

I'm a little disappointed in what we got in return too, but I'm ~happy with it nonetheless. Even though I haven't liked Cole's play very much this year, I would prefer him and cap space over Brewer at 4.5-5/year. They have to be willing to spend money though or this becomes pointless. Even if you hate Brewer, I think it's clear that his current ability is better than Cole's current ability (and most likely will be next year too). So, the main benefit to this is getting rid of his contract. But, that's only good if we spend the money wisely.

Conklin is next. Probably can't hope to get much more than a 3rd for him as well. Hopefully Halak's injury doesn't complicate trading him.
