Their GM staff is big enough. They can handle multiple tracks at once.
I agree though that a backup goalie is muy importante.

That would be the best news of the day for me. Eklund is saying he's an E3 to CBJ...I'll (Franking) beat someone if that happens, especially considering that I now live about an hour from Columbus (Cincinnati)SIU LAW wrote:Darren Dreger (TSN): Hossa is close to signing in Chicago.

Wait a minute...I re-read it and realized that you said Hossa and not Havlat.Ruutu15 wrote:That would be the best news of the day for me. On a lesser note, Hossa to Chicago appears to be a done deal.

Re: Free Agency / Trade Thread
Not to mention, we have the most overrated defenseman in the game on a huge cap hit, Huet and his immovable contract, and still have to re-sign Toews, Kane, Seabrook, and Keith. How does Hossa fit into that?

Re: Free Agency / Trade Thread
Havlat must have a deal in place in LA or at the very least leaning that way. That or the Hawks felt they couldn't pass up an chance at Hossa. Interesting to see length/cost...Ruutu15 wrote:Because Havlat is better than the two time loser.strocklen083 wrote:you're upset about this why?Ruutu15 wrote:You have GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. (Frank)!
