Toooo many story lines with this game.....

Who's #2 BCS this week?
Weak Big 12?
Chase = Heisman?
How is KU ranked top 5?
.........at the same time as MU?

What the hell is going on?

All I know is that I'm going to be a tad bit outnumbered at that football viewing party.

Nebraska and KU have both destroyed K-State... so it shouldn't be that hard. But of course, K-State always carries the risk of pissing in someone's punch bowl. Regardless, I think Mizzou will bury them next to Hoffa.

Just gotta hope both teams win next week. I want Mizzou to be able to take down the #1 or #2 team AND get to the Big 12 Championship game in one awesome swoop. Then, if all goes well, we have a chance to get revenge against Oklahoma and maybe sneak into the BCS title game. But first things first, K-State needs to be dominated.

Kansas has played nobody (though they've played them well)...unfortunately the same is true of Mizzou except for a decent effort agains OU.

This game is hard to call and I'm looking forward to it immensely!

Mizzou has played Illinois, they're pretty decent and upset Ohio St. yesterday. Plus, they held Graham Harrell and Texas Tech to 10 points, Nebraska to 6 and Colorado to 10. They've played a tougher schedule than KU for sure.

Ranked teams played (Ranked either during game or at some point during year)
MISSOURI:
OU at 6th
Nebraska at 25th
Illinois
TT at 24th
and KU in 2 weeks

KU:
K-state at 24th
Nebraska
Mizzou in 2 weeks

Yea... I know it's a cop out. I'm pretty confident that Mizzou will beat both KSU and KU, just want to make sure they get through this weekend before we start looking at next.

Got you on record!

K state does look a trap game, but I have my money on Mizzou.

I wouldn't have said it if I wasn't willing to go on record. :P

I agree that MU's schedule has been tougher. And I do think that MU's and KU's schedules are tough enough so that if either should win the Big XII, they should get BCS championship consideration. It's just that I work with a bunch of people from ACC, SEC, Big Ten and PAC-10 schools. They keep insisting that MU have played nobody but Oklahoma.

So did KU.

Time for a score OS.

I say 41-36 Jayhawks.

Also important: OU loses to Texas Tech and loses Sam Bradford. This will make the Big 12 Championship (assuming OU still gets there) a little easier for the North to win.

Oregon down....OU down....Mizzou, sits at # 4....i think the Jayhawks will fall to the Tigers....i say Tigers by 3.......we will see...

Well, I'm gonna go out on a limb. I think MU's D will dominate KU's offense in a manner similar to their win over Texas Tech. KU's defense will put up more resistance than the Red Raiders, though.

MU, 31-17

Go Tigers!!!

Kansas finds out what's like to face a good team... 38-19 Mizzou.

Only way Kansas gets closer is if Missouri doesn't protect the ball.
