Time for a score OS.
I say 41-36 Jayhawks.
Only way Kansas gets closer is if Missouri doesn't protect the ball.
Blowout, huh?
Anyone else going to the game? We're not leaving till Saturday morning, so I'm kinda worried about the traffic. We're also staying for the Chiefs & Raiders game on Sunday, although with the way the Chiefs have been playing, we may be rethinking that one.
Pay heed, All who enter, Beware of the Phog
I'm liking Tiger John Cleek's prediction of 41-28 Mizzou.OS wrote:Kansas finds out what's like to face a good team... 38-19 Mizzou.Rohan wrote:So did KU.Rohan wrote:Mizzou did their part today.

I'm not....but then again, I'm not a Mizzou fan.rebelmusic wrote:I am more excited about this game than I was for either of the Rams' Superbowl appearances.
Go Illini.
But I am looking forward to watching this game. Should be a good one.

Now that I'm sober enough to contribute something more coherent than dancing fruit....
What a game. I posted somewhere else leading up to this game that I thought Mizzou would win this game mostly because they were more battle tested. Even if KU was as talented as Mizzou, they really didn't know what it was like to face a great team. Even though Mizzou lost to OU, they had experienced it and knew what it was going to take to beat a great team.
The other factor last night, which a lot of people pointed out before the game, was the number of weapons Missouri has. Kansas did a great job keeping Maclin and the tight ends quiet, but that just meant that Alexander and Temple had great games.
Rohan... hope you had a great time at the game, even if it was frustrating to watch as a Kansas fan. I'll be cheering for your boys in whatever bowl game they end up in simply becuase I'm sick of the Big 12 getting disrespected.

As for the game.. Holy hell I had no idea Jack T Adams was THAT big of a Mizzou fan.
