Well...that period was absolutely atrocious. Mason was awesome...should be 4 or 5 to nothing.

The trend continues...

really wonder whats wrong with these guys and these horrible starts.

Shots were 20-3.

Sydor and Colaiacovo have been brutal at times. It's not just a lack of ability or speed, they made some plain stupid decisions or gave a half assed effort out there.

Jesus we're getting dominated. They're making us look like an AHL team out there. I realize these guys won the Cup last year. But Christ, there can't be this big of a talent gap!

If it weren't for Mason, we'd be down by 5 right now.

Why can't we just play a full 60 minutes. If we would play like we did in the third against the Pens, we could easily compete with any team in the Nhl. And i agree, i also blame Murray for the ups and downs.

I give up. I was watching it about an hour behind on the TiVo and I just had to stop. That was the worst ass whooping I have seen in a long time. It was men against boys bit could have been 10 to nothing after one. It was that bad. What a horrible first half. Was the second half at least better? A little better???

TO be honest, I wasn't so much disappointed in the Blues as I was impressed with the Penguins. They aren't 8-1 by accident.

And frankly, I can't believe you guys wanna fire the coach who got us into the playoffs last year...........

I am one of those guys that gave up on AM two years ago. He cannot coach a team that is expected to win. When the expectations are high, his team falters. Now if EJ, Boyes, Andy Mac and Perron were all hurt, we might get some wins.

Also, does anyone think that Kariya is worthless? I know he had those two goals in the opener, but other than that the guy does not fit in this lineup. His passing is atrocious, he is out of position and doesn't help out the D. I will be so happy when his contract is up.
