The penalty on Reaves for holding Bertuzzi's stick was crap. Bertuzzi grabbed onto Reaves' stick and held it. Suzie should have gotten the penalty, not Reaves...and then, of course, Detroit scores on that PP.
And then he's barking at someone on the Blues when he's on the bench...I assume someone was yelling at him that he held the stick, not Reaves...and he got all pissed off.

Funny story, walking up to the game, we ran into these two Red Wing fans who proceeded to chat us up. They hit all their usual talking points, Zetterberg and Datsyuk drafted in the late rounds. Ken Holland is god. Blah blah blah.

But then one of them went on a rant saying how Detroit does it the right way. They don't buy anyone at all. (Then what was your 2002 Cup team?) They also said they've never held the #1 overall draft pick. (Check the list...I see at least 3 Detroit #1 overall selections. Maybe since it's pre-1997 it doesn't count, I don't know) They also proceeded to call Bernie "Fedetenko," you know, even though he was a Red Wing briefly.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. They only re-affirmed what we already knew....Red Wings fans are complete douches.

Very frustrating game. We were playing better than them for a lot of the game I think, but made some huge boneheaded plays that they took advantage of. It was like they could just turn it on whenever they wanted though. I guess the old moniker is true: Good teams play poorly and win while bad teams play well and lose.

I know I've posted this somewhere else as well, however...put yourself in Oshie's shoes, where you have to play with fuckin' Crombeen and Porter. I saw so many plays die last night on that line, not because of Oshie, but because he had no support, and no skill playing with him. So, naturally you could see why he's not throwing huge hits every night when his line has no momentum.

And yes, Datsyuk has hands like and angel, and that goal made our defense/forwards/goalie/fans look silly.

The issue is Oshie is in perfect position to step into Datsyuk completely ending any goal scoring chance, but instead turns away. He did the exact same thing facing Nash when he was the only one who could potentially stop the play. When playing C on the 3rd line, you have to step into skill forwards so they can't make plays when you are playing as the top defensive forward. Neither of these plays had anything to do with Crombeen or Porter when Oshie was the guy in position to make the play. He didn't have to "blow them up." All he had to do is step into either of them and the play is dead without an ensuing goal against.

Yes. Oshie made some great plays, too, last night, but it's the simple ones he doesn't make which turn into goals against that hurt.

what are you (Franking) smoking. Everything inside a mac are pc parts now. The only difference now is the OS. The only reason Mac's are virus free right now because not enough douche bags in the world have macs so its pointless for people to write a virus code for a mac. Due to its massive popularity now, i imagine there will be a virus written specifically for macs and wah wah wah I"m not free of virus's anymore. Even though im going on this rant, I admit i have a macbook pro and a iphone, but i hardly even use mac os i have it dual booted into windows 7. Bonehead move on my part buying Macbook, but they are nice. To me Mac's are beautifully designed and look the part of an expensive pc, but if i had to do it again i would just buy the 13inch mac book pro since im on my home computer majority of the time unless im out.

I will say this: for as much use and transport as mine get, they sure could be made better. Every Mac laptop I've owned (I'm on like #6 now) has fallen apart practically from general bumps and wear and tear.

Mac's aren't "better" than PC's. It's just personal preference.
My preference?
I love how my MacBook Pro is put together. Love it. It's a slick device...well built, solid, looks sharp, runs great...and it knows it's role.
HOWEVER...
I am a Windows guy all the way. You can do far more, for far less $ with a Windows PC. Give me a Windows machine that has a Mac case/body...and that's what I'd buy.

If you are a Mac user, you probably need to have a Windows PC somewhere in the house, or at least have Windows installed on your Mac so you can do certain things. If you are a Windows user, there is no need for a Mac. I like Macs, but Windows is far superior in my opinion. And FWIW, I used to have Windows installed on my MacBook Pro before I reformatted it, but it wasn't perfect...things didn't translate over, like some keyboard shortcuts and whatnot...annoying. I'll be putting it back on after I increase the size of the hard drive from 80gb to 500gb.
