About LGB Radio
Now entering their 15th season, Lets Go Blues Radio was founded in 2011 by Curt Price & Jeff Ponder as an antidote for the poor corporate Blues hockey coverage on local media outlets in St. Louis. Jeff Quirin was brought in as a 3rd host and they were off and running. Mr. Quirin left the show after a season and Curt’s long time friend and hockey buddy, Bill Day, came on board and it’s been “Curt, Jeff & Bill” ever since.
Lets Go Blues Radio pioneered live interactive podcasting in the NHL and was not only the very first St. Louis Blues hockey podcast, but is also currently the longest running podcast in the St. Louis area.
Many notable guests have appeared on the show over the years, including Bernie Federko, Grant Fuhr, Greg Millen (RIP), Jeff Brown, Ken Wilson, Jeremy Rutherford, Lou Korac, Zip Rzeppa (yes, we had him on), and many other fantastic guests.
Curt, Jeff & Bill just have fun having a beer and talking/debating hockey. Their hockey knowledge comes from deep hockey backgrounds which ranges from a lifetime of men’s leagues, to high school championship teams, to college club teams, to being a member of the Blues media (Jeff was the media member).
Many St. Louis Blues podcasts have come and gone, but there remains one constant on the Blues Hockey podcast scene, and that’s Lets Go Blues Radio. If you tune in on a random Wednesday evening during the NHL season, we’ll be on the air talking hockey. Just as we have for the last 15 seasons.

Curt is the owner and co-host of Lets Go Blues Radio and a hockey contributor to 102.9 KXOK radio. Curt is an SIUC hockey alumni and has 20+ years of STL area men’s league play under his belt.

Jeff is a co-host and co-founder of Lets Go Blues Radio. He has spent time as an STL Blues Media Member and a veteran hockey writer. Jeff has played organized hockey most of his life.

Bill is co-host #3. A CBC hockey alumni & state champion. He has 20+ years of men’s league experience, is a walking hockey encyclopedia and a lifelong passionate hockey fan (Habs & Blues).
