Partly because I'm tired as hell and partly because they'll only be televising 3 Blues games here in NY this year... and one of them I'll be at. So I spent nearly $1000 on airfare, tickets and hotel, plus whatever I spend on food and other entertainment, to see a game I could have stayed at home and watched on Versus for the cost of the monthly direct TV bill. It still pisses me off that there were no other games I could fly out to see considering my work schedule. I say next year forget the kids for a few days, I'm going to whatever game I want to go to and they can have a sub to abuse for the week
