There are pros and cons to Rolen. He's still very, very good defensively (only 2 less DPs and .015 better fielder percentage than Wright in 40 less games). But he's become offensively irrelevant on a team that needs bats and, obviously, he's bad for the dressing room.

Trade him for established pitching or a bat in the outfield or a top prospect.
