No.. It's a program that's on my work computer (although it is a laptop). It's not web-based.

I've used laptops regularly from 5 different companies and the Dell was by far the worst overall laptop, although I don't remember have particularly bad issues with the touch pad. The worst touch pad that I've had was on a Thinkpad... damn thing was only like 2 inches by an inch and a half.
