It's been going on for a while.

I heard the stickers and tags are left on to make it look like it was stolen...I guess to represent they are a bad ass or something. I dunno if that's true or not.

But I agree...it's ridiculously stupid.

I remember people leaving their tags/strickers on their hats in high school,and I graduated in 1998.

As I came back into the office this afternoon I spotted one of the most blatantly illegally parked cars I've ever seen.. On double yellow lines between two handicap spaces.. Oh and the license plate read that it was a US congressman.

My bitch is about how we NEVER got this many snow days right before Christmas back when I was in school. Plus, I'm so sick of hearing about the facking digital TV switchover and the opening of the new section of 40 that I could scream.

I'm usually all gung ho about cold, icy, snowy weather...but not when I'm trying to build a house.
The mild winter I was hoping for hasn't happened...it's actually been a brutal one so far...we've had lots of ice and lots of cold...the only thing that is missing is massive amounts of snow.

We had to evacuate the building this morning and stand in the cold for half an hour....for a broken water pipe in the cafeteria. So that completely sucked, and then the extreme cold and dry air and everything else combined to give me an epic bloody nose as soon as we came back inside that didn't quit for about another 30 mins.

I work retail and I never say "happy holidays" but I do say "MERRY CHRISTMAS" loud enough for every customer to hear. No complaints yet but it's no sweat off of my sack if it offends anyone.

Sometimes it's really annoying and aggravating being in an office that is 80% female.. Their pettiness and bitchiness seem to take over and they feel more comfortable with it when they're the majority. Lately I've been feeling good about being single cause I don't feel like putting up with the drama and psychoticness that is 99% of females (especially after dealing with the drama that was my last roommate), so to have to come to work and deal with it just pisses me off.

Well, we had a lake next to the walkout area after all the rain we got.
When they carved out the walkout area, it was sloped towards the house and a shitload of water collected there.
They went back in and fixed it so it would drain better, but it's STILL muddy there.
It's amazing what a difference grass makes.

Guys and girls, never EVER work retail. People are freakin idiots. Smart people know how to buy electronics and dumb people will buy stuff from Wal-mart and expect you to show them how to operate it. I can't count how many times a person has bought a cell phone just because their friends have one and they don't even know how to turn the damn thing on. Right now as I type, my coworker is dealing with a real doozy of a older lady and her daughter. They seem semi-retarded. /vent

I used to work at a camping store where one time a lady returned a sleeping bag because her kid was too dumb to operate the zipper. He got out to pee in the middle of the night, couldn't zip the bag closed again, and the moron nearly froze to death. She was insisting the bag was defective, but it was fine; her son was defective. The manager argued with her and finally took the thing back for store credit.
