Certainly not, just Crosby. He represents everything that has gone wrong with hockey in the past 5 years.
I just hate he plays for the same team that Mario played for. It has tainted the Pens organ-I-zation in my eyes.

I'm guessing the hate for Crosby here stems from the perception that he dives and whines all the time. Undeniably, though, he is an amazingly skilled player and any team in the league would love to have him. Personally, I don't hate the guy as I'm sure plenty of hall of famers have whined or took a dive at one point or another.
I won't lose any sleep if Detroit wins it again, but if I had to choose between them and any other team in the East....I'd root for any team in the East.

Gretzky and Lemieux didn't "talk" to the refs during every tv timeout, didn't jump people from behind, and basically didn't act like prima donnas the way Crosby does. Yes, he has great skill. But he acts like a cowardly, whiny bitch on the ice. If he'd just man up and play the friggin' game, we wouldn't see the "shirtless" and "pantless" Crosby nonsense.

Hate to say it but you probably will see a lot more like him- especially #1 picks. Guys like him and Patrick Kane get babied forever because they are "soooo talented OMG!" through Juniors in Canada, all the press coverage telling them how great they are and you expect a miraculous change once they get drafted? Hardly.

Gretzky and Lemieux also dealt with tough defensemen every night. It seems that in the 80's and 90's, every team had their own version of Garth Butcher. Nowadays, pansies like Crosby and Martin St. Louis can skate through those guys because of the lame-ass calls the referees have to make.

As if I didn't already have enough reasons to hate Bettman, now he's screwing with the integrity of the Stanley Cup Finals. Moving up the start date was bad enough, but the way they're jamming all the games into such a short amount of time is just despicable. 2 games in 2 days, 3 games in 4 days, 4 games in 6 days... are you kidding me? Both teams have already played a full season and 3 playoff rounds. Does that idiot have any idea how dangerous it is to not give players time to heal at this stage in the year? I really hope this isn't the case, but I bet at leat part of the reason is that he's hoping this will give the Pens (the younger team) the advantage. The media sure seems to think it will. I'm not so sure. Pittsburgh only has 2 lines that can score, and those guys play a lot of minutes. Seeing a show they won't get sufficient time to rest, they could be easily be dragging ass by game 4. I guess we'll see. regardless of what happens in the series, I'm absolutely sickened by this.

Actually it's because of the deal they made with NBC. NBC was "guaranteed" 4 weekend games for a 7 game SCF series. I don't mind all the start times being the same. That actually makes sense. Having the short time off - that's the big question mark.

And Crosby continues to act like a douchebag after losing 3-1 in Game 1. I hate the Ghey Things and don't want them to win, but I wouldn't mind seeing Crosby get his ass beat into bloody pulp in this series.

He hooked Maltby's ankle as he skated off the ice.
In other words, Crosby can't be classy enough to skate off the ice and take the loss like a man without franking with an opponent as they come on to congratulate their goalie for a win. What a friggin' puss.

Honestly man- shut the f*ck up. The Wings are gonna probably win the cup regardless and I'll likely break something when it happens.
If both teams have to do it, it's fair. And don't give me this age differential crap. Tired is tired and last I checked, your team has young legs too. The TV announcers sounded about ready to jump on the ice to suck the cocks of the "young and powerful and studly Wings 4th line that is just super awesome." I threw up in my mouth about 5 times towards the end of that game cause they just would not shut the f*ck up about the Wings' young talent.
God I hate the Red Wings.
