@Nsh - W
Dal - W
Cls - W
@Chi - W
Anh - W
@Nsh - L
93 Points
Colorado - about the best we could ask for:
Cgy - L
SJ - L
@Van - L
@Edm - W
Chi - L
LA - L
Points: 91
Then there's Calgary:
@Col - W
@Chi- L
SJ - L
Min - W
@Van - L
Points: 91
So the Blues have to go 5-1, and the two teams near them have to go about 3-8.
If it can be dreamed, it can be done!
I dreamed a dream, and look at me!

There's simply too much of a Kariya, Brewer, Jackman, Cam, Winchester, Walt stink on the roster.
And plus who wants the possibility of getting swept by Chicago. I know I don't.
Who swept who last time that Chicago won the division?

Well, this is it. With Colorado's win last night, we sit 6 points back with each team having 4 games to play. Since Colorado holds the tiebreaker over us, tying them doesn't do us any good. That means that if Colorado wins just 1 of their last 4 games, we're out. If we lose any of our last 4, we're out.

Not unexpected, but still not pleasant.
Actually, it means if Colorado gets one more point we are out... and ot/so loss by Colorado eliminates the Blues.

How so? COL has 91 pts, we have 85. If we win all 4 remaining games, we finish with 93. If COL loses three, OT/SO loss one, they finish with 92. Of course, Calgary would have to tank it, too.
Any which way you slice it, the alignment of the universe would have to occur for the Blues to make the playoffs at this point.
At least we're going to finish with (hopefully) some respectability. A few spaces either way in the draft at this point are negligable anyway.

It's all a moo point anyway.
What the hell do cows have to do with this?
You know, it's like a cow's opinion- it just doesn't matter.
