I bought a small bag of sunflower seeds yesterday at a gas station, and I was surprised to read the label and see they only have 4% of my daily allowance of sodium in them. I figured they were loaded with salt.

Somehow, it's ok for a chick to slug bug you but they tend to get a little cranky when you slug bug them back.
