Blues games on dvd/vhs

Post by Openicehit6 »

Just wondering if anyone has "old" games on dvd/vhs? Prefer 2000-present.

I am starting a collection and would just like to see what everyone has out there

Yeah, I mean...I have the Monday Night Miracle on DVD.
I also have game #4 against the Hawks from '91 when we swept them out of the playoffs...it's on VHS though.
Got the Wednesday Night Wonder too, thanks to stlbluz.

Guess he doesn't want those games.

It's been 10 years...I'll consider it an "older game" ....

A couple of games I'd like to find..

Blues-Predators 08-09 home opener
Blues vs Canucks game 3 08-09 playoffs

Any Blues playoff games before the lockout

The Blues came back from a 5-0 deficit in the third period to beat the Toronto Maple Leafs 6-5 in overtime. It was only the second time a team has come back such a large deficit in the third period to win a game. The Blues scored their six goals in 15 minutes and 27 seconds, making it the fastest time a team has come back from a five-goal deficit in NHL history.

If you watch them on your computer, Camtasia should probably work, but I'm not sure. I make instructional poker videos for a poker training website, and use that to record my screen + voice. If you have speakers set up, I would think it would record the sound from them accurately, but haven't tried doing exactly that. It costs money, but there's a free trial period.

Does that mean if I record a game on my DVR, I committed a felony? :aaaa:

If that is the case, I would be banished to Saturn. I have around 225 games on DVD and probably another 200 or more, at least, on VHS. Oh well. I don't really care. I hope I can get more.

It might not technically be allowed, but unless you start selling them for a profit, you should be fine. Even if you did that, you'd probably just get a seize and desist letter and not get in any real trouble if you stopped at that point.
