Nice play in the outfield again by Berkman

Berkman, Coby's arm, Theriot, Shoe.....

Worst defensive/fielding team in the game.

So....

Pitchers that pitch to contact, horrible defense, poor base running, sorry azz bullpen, no clutch hitting.

Great team Mo!!!!!!!!!

It's a long season, guys. You're acting like Pittsburgh will win the NL central and the Royals will win the world series, or some crazy ass shit like that.

At the end of the season, the Cards will be right there where they were expected to be... 2nd or 3rd in the Central with Cincy or Milwaukee at #1. Wild card a possibility. 162 games is a long time, dudes.

Go Mets!

+1

And, winning the division isn't a huge stretch either.

It's true. There have been several years the Cardinals looked like the best team through April/May and then fell through the floor. It can change. Holliday will be back soon. We're 4 games into a 162 game season. A lot can happen.

I hope that 'lot' includes a new short stop, some help in the bullpen, the addition of a DH to NL rosters (to get Berkman out of the field and so he doesn't tire in the summer), and some bubble wrap for Carp.

This "6 is a Serious Number" promo needs a rewrite. 4 is a serious number. 5 is a serious number. 6 runs are unicorns frolicking.

haha ABC, I never said the Mets were good. They're so bad, they're great. I feel an obligation to like them.

You saw that on a NYC subway, I presume? That storage company has a bunch of clever ads on the trains.

yeah, someone took the pic on the subway. I found the picture online earlier in the day and was hoping I could find some place relevant to post it.

Goold is great. We're lucky to have him as one of our Cardinals guys.
