What a horrible reffing job again.

How in the hell does Howard not get a penalty for attacking Perron? He flippin' jumped on top of him and threw punches.
Perron gets driven in to Howard and Howard loses it and attacks Perron and punches him in the head a couple times...the same Perron who just came back from being out for a year due to a concussion.
And Howard's comments after the game make him look like an even bigger douchebag.

I've said it before...Howard is a jackass. I can't stand him.

For the 2nd time this season, the Blues had to overcome horrible reffing to beat the Wings.

It's no wonder the Wings do well every year...for whatever reason they seem to get a ton of calls.

Kudos to the Blues for overcoming the horseshit and beating the Wings yet again. 2-0 so far against 'em...feels pretty damn good.

Reading through the letsgowings.com GDT is annoying.

To summarize their conversations:

- They feel the reffing hosed them...yes, THEM, all night long
- The Blues dive a lot, especially Perron and Oshie
- They apparently hate the Blues quite a bit now
- The Blues have the Wings number (that sounds strange to say)
- The VS announcers were pulling for the Blues and were too excited when the Blues scored
- They don't understand why Abdelkader got a penalty for crashing into Elliot...Elliot dove
- Perron could have avoided contact with Howard after he was "nudged"
- They are concerned that the Wings can't beat St. Louis anymore

I'm sure there was plenty visible on the television, but there were also numerous interference calls missed behind the plays and an uncountable number of holding the stick infractions. It literally looked like they actually discussed the fact that the officials were letting them get away with grabbing sticks in the first and they made an even greater concerted effort to do so in the latter periods.
