If you can't make it, Yahoo will auto draft you a team anyways.

Right, but the draft is my favorite part. I should be able to make the draft, barring internet issues or something else.

It might be worthwhile to run yahoo's draft application test( http://hockey.fantasysports.yahoo.com/hockey/testdraft ) or participate in a mock draft. I tried it out yesterday in firefox and couldn't get it to work for the life of me. I finally gave in and downloaded Chrome and it has been working fine. I would have been pissed if that had been a real draft and I had missed the first 3 rounds.
