Kind of neat seeing old ads and graphics as well.
If your local library has microfilm of the Post Dispatch, find some dates of prominent Blues moments you want to read about and go look at them. Don't forget to request the date of the day after the Blues game...not the date of the game.
You can save them as .tif files or .pdf's on a jump drive, then convert them to .jpg (highest quality) feel free to upload them to box or imgur or wherever and share them here.
Scan them at 600dpi (or 300dpi if you are short on space) and maybe tweak the contrast and brightness...I had to do that to get rid of a lot of black noise on a few of the older issues.
It would be nice to build a good size depository of old newspapers.
Other games I am going to do are "Here comes Cheveldae", Hull's 500th goal, the Wednesday Night Wonder, & the President's Trophy game.
