besides, with all the craziness with teams trying to adjust, buying people out, getting below cap, etc., the pick will likely be traded i'm sure. these next few weeks will be (franking) awesome.
If you go with dollars wasted needlessly then the Rags should have the next few 1st round picks w/o question.
I knew the lockout couldn't last forever, but I kind of feel like I did on the last day of school when I was a kid. Baseball is OK, and football is fine, but I have a passion for hockey!
I guess it is high time I re-appeared. I was actually enjoying the fact that the only hockey I had to concern myself with was the youth variety.
However, I am very pleased that this whole lockout crap is over.

I wanted to do this earlier today but was foolishly studying for a $%@&ing test instead.
In honor of the greatest, most exciting sport I've ever seen finally returning to action....
This last one I'm throwin' in just 'cause it's one of my favorite hockey photographs ever: Sugar Jim Henry & Maurice Richard. (bigger, colorized version)
Just because I know you're all interested, the Sharks new catchphrase for this season is "This Is Sharks Territory". Didn't know the Fish were territorial, but I guess it's better than "Sharks Hockey Will Swallow You Whole".
Haven't read a lot of complaining about Pleau yet... :D
