Nebraska and KU have both destroyed K-State... so it shouldn't be that hard. But of course, K-State always carries the risk of pissing in someone's punch bowl. Regardless, I think Mizzou will bury them next to Hoffa.OS wrote:Gottta take care of Kansas State first.Rohan wrote:What do you say OS?

Just gotta hope both teams win next week. I want Mizzou to be able to take down the #1 or #2 team AND get to the Big 12 Championship game in one awesome swoop. Then, if all goes well, we have a chance to get revenge against Oklahoma and maybe sneak into the BCS title game. But first things first, K-State needs to be dominated.

Kansas has played nobody (though they've played them well)...unfortunately the same is true of Mizzou except for a decent effort agains OU.
This game is hard to call and I'm looking forward to it immensely!

I'm the sponsor of Marek Schwarz but the image never appears correctly. So just imagine it. It's Schwarz. He's playing goalie.

Proud LGB Sponsor of my junk!
Mizzou has played Illinois, they're pretty decent and upset Ohio St. yesterday. Plus, they held Graham Harrell and Texas Tech to 10 points, Nebraska to 6 and Colorado to 10. They've played a tougher schedule than KU for sure.eastcoastbluesman wrote:Kansas has played nobody (though they've played them well)...unfortunately the same is true of Mizzou except for a decent effort agains OU.

Yea... I know it's a cop out. I'm pretty confident that Mizzou will beat both KSU and KU, just want to make sure they get through this weekend before we start looking at next.rebelmusic wrote:You sound like Pinkel.OS wrote:Gottta take care of Kansas State first.Rohan wrote:What do you say OS?

K state does look a trap game, but I have my money on Mizzou.

I agree that MU's schedule has been tougher. And I do think that MU's and KU's schedules are tough enough so that if either should win the Big XII, they should get BCS championship consideration. It's just that I work with a bunch of people from ACC, SEC, Big Ten and PAC-10 schools. They keep insisting that MU have played nobody but Oklahoma.BoxCar wrote:Mizzou has played Illinois, they're pretty decent and upset Ohio St. yesterday. Well, I'm gonna go out on a limb. I think MU's D will dominate KU's offense in a manner similar to their win over Texas Tech. KU's defense will put up more resistance than the Red Raiders, though.
MU, 31-17
Go Tigers!!!
