ksbluesfan (I think) mentioned it in the GDT, but so I can postwhore a tad, I'll cross-mention it here, too--last night on NHL On the Fly Final, they were discussing the game and Boyes in particular, and the following dialogue ensued:

Host 1: "What about the Blues, Gary? They've won four in a row, and big surprise--we continue to see Brad Boyes on the scoresheet for this club, often aided by Paul Kariya."

Gary Green: "What are you thinkin' right now if you're the Boston Bruins--"

Host 1: "Don't even go there! Don't even go there!"

ANA just re-upped Getlaf for 5 years. With Boyes' hot start and the fact he'll be an RFA next summer, how long will the Blues wait to start these negotiations?
