Hey, help please. I saw an XP PC that had it where when you pressed ALT+TAB it showed you a mini-portrait of the open window, instead of the program icon.
Any ideas how to do this?

I thought you were looking for the Vista style one. If that's all you're looking for, then I suggest using the one you can download from Microsoft in the XP Power Toys.
