I'm looking to put together a team for the new MMO game type in NHL 09. Is anyone interested in joining up? I haven't had an NHL game in a few years but this idea has got be pretty stoked to buy the game.

It looks like you can have as many as 50 "players" on your team. So techincally we could have an "A" squad, "B" squad, etc... there's no league schedule, just when ever teams want to get together and play they can. They're trying to make this as close to clans as possible.

Price drop on September 7. The Arcade version is going all the way down to $199. Doesn't come with a hard drive though.

Who said the dream is dead? I kinda got caught up in goon's right wing propaganda bullsh!t. Plus, the game doesn't come out til next week anyway. I should probably get a head count though just to get started.

I might be down. The big question is; do I actually buy EA's hockey title.
I can't pronounce Carlo Colaiacovo's name, but I sure can be the OFFICIAL LGB SPONSOR OF CARLO COLAIACOVO!!

at least 3M speed is needed... 5M is probably preferred.

I'm down, although I say that tentatively. I closed my Live account when I modded my firmware, because I know it's just a matter of time before I get banned.

Just got the 360 demo too.

Seems alright. Sort of annoyed by how...similar...this game is to both 07 and 08.

Regardless, I'm renting both hockey titles before buying anything this year.
